Questions relating to designing PCBs

I used an audio jack from the Sparkfun Eagle library in a pcb I just had made, and I'm having trouble finding the actual part. I used "Sparkfun-Connectors:AUDIO-JACK:AUDIO-JACK-2.5MM" with a package name of "STEREOJACK2.5MM_STEREOJACK2.5MM". In the eagle library, it lists the Sparkfun SKU as PRT-08032 (http://www.sparkfun.com/products/8032). I just saw that it had an SKU and assumed it was correct, but now that I'm ordering parts to populate my pcb, I see that this is not even close to the same footprint as the listed SKU, and I'm not finding any parts that match in Sparkfun's catalog. I've looked on Digikey, too, but am not having any luck finding a match. Does anyone know where I can find a jack that matches this footprint?

The package I used in eagle has the pins offset and not in a line, though that one does look similar to the one sparkfun sells. Looks like I'll be getting a breakout board for a different jack this time and be more careful in the future with the libraries.
