To bad. Unless I have the Gerber file, I cannot adjust the application to make it compatible..

What file extension does your application use? Do I just need to put the .GTD file in the Gerber Files folder? I am using OrCAD Layout to create gerbers.

Just place the gerber files in the gerber file folder or anywhere on the SD card. Extensions doesn't matters. The Orcad gerber files I've tested works.

Pretty good. Got 2000+ downloads.
I've released a couple updates since the initial release.
Haven't worked on it quite a while though..

But I'm pretty happy with the result :)

Super, I look forward to getting a Nexus7 and trying it again.

They are not in stock, last time I tried it - it worked on it.

Does it do excellon drill files ?

When are we going to be able to step and repeat, run MRC etc lol

Have you seen the 3D gerber viewer using directX thats available somewhere? Now that would be cool on a tablet.

It has been awhile since the last update. Last year my app was suspended due to wrongly use of the Android brand. I have had a bit time off so I decided to pick up my Android development again. Due to the app suspension and I kinda forgot my password to generated signed APK's, I had to upload a new app to the play store under a new package name. I also did some programming to ;).

What has changed:
- New app, name, icon, graphics, etc.
- Changed to a single app with in app purchases
- Modified the Gerber processing for better Gerber support.
- Changed Gerber rendering to screen, major performance improvement
- Zooming, panning and last used path memorized

I have changed from two apps, a paid and free one, to a single app with in app purchases. I am still working something out for the users who paid for the previous app...
So give it a try ;). Without the in app purchase you are able to view a single layer Gerber file up to a size of 200 kB.

New app: Gerber Viewer
