Questions relating to designing PCBs

Hi, doesn anyone here manufacture your own PCB's?

If so, is there a place you can order the copper layout by itself? I think the manufacturing process inhibits this? :D

Or, one idea i am kickign around, is if you have a pcb, can you pull the copper layer off and apply it elsewhere?

Thanks,
Clay

Hey, thanks for Link. My idea is to make my part my pcb, instead of mounting a pcb to the part. my Pcb's will contain sensors that will require vibration reductions ect...
So i can go research how to do the etching, i need to find some information on how to get the cladding on my part to begin with.

PS... that link has some good information.. thanks again.

Hey, I found it.. "Kapton copper clad" its a flexible PCB, I can just use an epoxy to bond it to my part.
