I've just "finished" a fairly complicated PCB and when i run the ratsnest, eagle counts 11 airwires. I've scoured the board and I can't find them. Any way to make eagle actually tell me which nets or show me the airwires?

Have you got layer 19 (unrouted) enabled? If you have, turn all other layers off and change the board editor background to black.

I usually just select the route tool and start clicking around the board until it starts a track.

Just a word to the wise:
To see tiny little airwires that EAGLE says is there but you can't see, turn off all layers except for the unrouted layer.
