I'm pulling my (non-existent) hair out over this.

I'm silly trying to run the WiFiClientSecure example at this point and it refuses to make a secure connection.

I have solved at least part of the mystery. It seems that the device is being blocked, because the same code, on the same device, using my phone as a network AP, it connects fine. So somehow my server is blocking this device through this access point (a 5G Hotspot).

Not quite sure how to debug that, but at least I have a solution of sorts.

If you were trying to log on with Xfinity, they changed my gateway on me today which prevented me logging in so that was part of the problem but I've still got the issue with getting connected and the immediately getting disconnected.
