LM324AN Operational Amplifier:
Four independent, high gain, internally frequency compensated operational amplifiers make up these circuits. They run on a single power supply and can handle a wide range of voltages. It is also possible to operate from split power supplies, and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.

This is like any other regular amplifier. It can be used as a comparator, bandpass filter and function generator. You can find the datasheet here: https://www.onsemi.com/pdf/datasheet/lm324-d.pdf
