I'm making a remote weather station using the Artemis Nano and a separate LoRa module. I'm turning off power to the Nano between readings and sensor data transmission by using a setup similar to the TPL5110. When the Artemis Nano powers up, are there any transients on the GPIO pins? I assume that by default they are low?? I have some ideas about how to reset the TPL5110 so that some transmission timing issues I am encountering could be addressed, but a transient at power on would be a showstopper.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I assumed that was the case. However, the Artemis (software at least) has already challenged me with a couple of "features" that needed to be overcome. If I find that reality is different, I'll post again
