Just getting started with the Artemis Redboard.

I had hoped that a phone app similar to the Adafruit Bluefruit Connect existed for the Artemis, giving access to (among other things) a simple control panel with 8 buttons. Is there something like this or is the nRF connect the only phone app available?

Or is this possible with the nRF connect app and I haven't navigated to the right place?

Any advice appreciated.

Hmm... I am not familiar with the Bluefruit Connect app. Right now we don't have any recommendations other than the nRF connect app. However if you want to develop a custom app I would recommend using web technology - you can use the WebBluetooth API to interact with BLE devices from websites, progressive web apps, and more.
