Noise on GPIO 41

I noticed that when the device is first powered on, there is quite a bit of noise on GPIO Pin 41, that I don't observe on other pins. Is there a reason why this noise exists, and is there a way to configure the MCU so that it isn't there?

Upon further investigation, it appears to be SWO data
