I was wondering if it is possible to interface an EM-402 to PC using one of the GPS evaluation boards? If not can I build my own with a max232 and make it work with hyperterminal to just see dataflow on my PC? Thanks!

If that GPS has serial out, then yes, you should be able to run it through a 232 converter and to your computer.
