Greetings,

Anybody maked Copernicus GPS - DIP Works? which antenna used. Which board and/or schematic used?

I try but i get the following error, "need initialization". In other posts, the problem is the antenna... so which antenna must we use with this gps receiver DIP module? which circuit/schematic must we use for get signals.

It works indoor? or maybe i must try outdoor?

Im very frustrated.

May be the antenna was not the problem just the schematic

I used the Copernicus-RS232-Eval-Schematic.

Can anyone used another schematic that works with copernicus gps module?

Perhaps your circuit is correct, and your Module has not downloaded an Almanac yet?, Go take it outside and try.

I think you're right. If i take the almanac outside it is saved on a non-volatile memory on the copernicus module, or i must do that in my desing.
