Hi All,
Just plugged in my Trimble GPS DIP to my RS232 eval board and applied power. Cables all in. Opened up Copernicus Monitor..... get no data. Baud is set to 4800, yada yada, but no data coming from the board. I have installed drivers as advised in Copernicus PDF. Still Nothing. All I get is the little TX flashing green and a red power indicator on the board. Could somebody please point out where I have gone wrong, or where to fix it?? Hoping to integrate this into my project in short order, but if I can't even get the data to COM1, its going to be a hard time. Any help would be much appreciated.

read the manual and reconfigure it manually
i tried that with the trimble and works like a puppy

Well, I took it apart, then back together again.And:
h dear
It seemed that screwing in the cables to the ports did the trick. Very ashamed. Very very ashamed.
