Where do I find a CT12 battery locally for my Lassen board?

I made the mistake of not ordering a new battery with my Lassen board and of course Radio Shack does not carry a CC12. In fact, if you do any kind of internet search for a CC12 battery, it comes back to Spark Fun.
Is this battery something special that's only available thru Spark Fun?
Is there an equivalent battery that I can find at Radio Shack? RS had two different 12 mm, 3 volt batteries, but they were CR1216 & CR1220 I think. Would one those work?
