The specs are from the manufacture website. The pictures don’t have SPF logos on them. There are no copyright violations. You can’t copyright product description.
There is only one of this item on sale on EBay. Perhaps this way, someone might be able to afford the GPS unit and buy the development boards from SPF. I don’t enjoy buying items from you and then selling it at a cheaper price. I want to purchase one of your new GPS units and I cant afford to keep both.
But I see that you have taken it personally. I'll remove it to avoid any more sarcasm. Thanks David.

The pictures don't need to have logos on them to be the property of their owners. And they are copyrighted, there is this little notice on every page that says "©2005 Spark Fun, all rights reserved."
I didn't think David was being sarcastic either, he was just pointing out that it is poor form to advertise a competing product on the site that sells the same product using said sites photos.

No offense but I think you guys read this one a bit wrong.
He is not selling stackloads of them, he is selling a single unit to get rid of it so he can by another different one. Most likely he bought it off you guys in the first place. So he is probably loosing money not making a profit.
Yes I do agree with the pictures. You should have found your own.
No need to remove the item just change the photos, take some yourself.

Yes, I am only selling one unit. I originally bought this unit from SPF. I am losing money in this transaction and I actually want to purchase the more expensive new GPS from SPF... I am not trying to make money, I am just trying to lose as little as possible... I am sorry for the photos... but it is already posted on EBay...

I might be able to take it off your hands in a couple days. Just waiting for one of my auctions to end.
And the only reason I harped on the photo thing was because I have had many of my photographs "borrowed" without permission, so it is a sensitive topic for me.
