I've just received the GPS Data Logger and it seems to be failing on start up far too often. When turned on it should flash the STAT lights a few times each, but I don't see that much anymore. It was flakey at first, but now it's as bad as about 19/20 times that I don't get the start up sequence.
Because it's been like this since before I changed the GPS module to use RMC and GGA I'm thinking I have a faulty board. If so it has probably happened to someone else, have there been any similar reports?

I've just checked the battery pack and it is putting out 4.5V, so I guess it could be a problem but the spec sheet said 4-7 should work. It has enough to run the power light just fine.

It's now hooked up to a power supply, 6V is definitely getting to it and the start up sequence is still failing
