Tips and questions relating to the GPS modules from SFE

Hi all,
i'm going to buy a gps module for my Arduino, i saw the:
GPS EM-406A with 20 channels, chipset SiRFStar III (-159 dBm), and
GPS SUP 500F, chipset Venus634FLPx at 65 channels, (-161 dBm).
The first is a little more economic than the second, but i don't know how they work.
Anyone have used this module? :|

Thank
Y.

Those links aren't to the datasheets. They are links to each components respective product page.

Links work fine here, and the answer to

is in those datasheets.
