I've hooked the EM406 to a TINI dev board, but receive garbled characters at 4800 baud. Wondering if the EM406 RS232 signal at 2.85v is too low for the TINI, which seems to expect 3.0v. Any ideas?

EM406 outputs TTL serial, not RS232.
