So I decided to hook up my Lassen iQ board to my laptop this evening and fool around with it for the first time in over a year. While checking out the Trimble website I saw that they now have something called "Trimble GPS Studio" out now that replaces the old chat programs they had a few years ago for configuring the Lassen iQ modules.

Has anyone had any luck with this GPS Studio? I've been trying it out for the last several hours and I can't get anywhere with it. I keep trying to reconfigure my iQ module to display something besides VTG & GGA messages, but I'm not having any luck.

I use ti pretty much weekly at work, in a production environment, with both the iQ and the Copernicus.

I've had a few iQs die in a way that made them, well, braindead, kinda like yours sounds. Factory resets or firmware reloads helped in most cases.
