Hi

Does anyone know where I can get a SMA male to MMCX female converter...I need to use a GSM antenna with a SMA male connection with my GM862-GPS which has a MMCX female connection.

Any ideas?

Digikey and Mouser both carry these.

Mouser P/N is 523-242121, Digikey is ACX1352. These are the same part from Amphenol-Connex, but Mouser's pricing is a lot better. If these vendors are not convenient to use, try to find a distributor in your area that carries Amphenol/Amphenol-Connex connectors. The P/N you want is 242121.

I know the problem is resolved ,but I find the problem.
if your GSM antenna with SMA male ,so one end of converter is SMA female.
The connection of your GM862-GPS is MMCX female ,so the other end of the converter should be MMCX male .

So the adapteror pigtail SMA female to MMCX male will be needed to fit to your GM862-GPS with your antenna.
