Hi,

Can you pls tell, is there any other solutions for gps trackers instead of gprs? Like UHF messengers? Because the mobile services are too expensive in our area, so looking for cheap commercial schemes, eg, for taxi services, etc.

it's a GPS module connected to a 1200 baud data modem and UHF/VHF transmitter. Currently targetted at the amateur radio bands, but could be modified to support your frequency.
