2nd time in a row...

Well, for the 2nd time in a row, my batchPCB order was missing one of my designs. I ordered only two boards, completely different from each other, and only one was shipped. With the receipt showing the PICTURES of both boards, how can the envelope stuffer not notice??? I think I'm DONE using batch PCB. Even if they fix it now, it's still a MONTH wait. Just give me my money back.

My condolences. I feel your pain...literally. I had a similar experience, and apparently others have, too.

I'd be curious to know if you're successful in getting your money back, or at least getting a store credit or something. When my order went missing, I didn't blame BatchPCB at first. But now that I've read others' stories of lost or mixed-up orders, I'm more suspicious that BatchPCB (or perhaps Gold Phoenix?) is at fault.
