Though i haven't gotten my stuff yet, its only been like 4 days
I'd give you a 9/10
- Quick shipping from what my friend has told me
- Easy to navigate website
- Support forums (not many business's have these)
- despite holidays and other hold-backs like the snow and such, you have gotten my order sent reasonably quickly
- tutorials rock!

the only thing i would say "add" is a description on what the shipping status means exe: "Label printed" means ..... etc

keep it up!!

parts came in in good condition and work great (except 1 RGB led that i ordered was bad) but i am going to lower the score to an 8 because i sent an email requesting a replacement a couple of days ago and i have yet to get a responce to it, but other than that nice job
