Hello,
I was requested by someone to create a cart and give access to him so that he can pay for it. Is it possible in sparkfun site?

Hello!

You can't do that with a cart, but you can put all of those items on a wishlist and send him that. Once that person has your wishlist they can use the "add all to cart" button to automatically load up the cart and go through checkout.
