Hi,
I'm a first time poster and fledgling Maker, so it's entirely possible that I'm wrong about this, but in the SIK v3.2 guidebook, the photo resistor is listed as a polarised component:

This threw me for a loop, as I was able to use the photo resistor either way. I did some research and all indications are that photo resistors are not polarised.
Is this an error in the guidebook? The online copy (https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/si ... toresistor) doesn't list the polarised components, and so isn't affected.
Cheers,
Chris
