Hi everyone!

Some time ago i ordered the Skarkfun Inventors Kit for Arduino (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12060) aswell as some other things, but instead of the Arduino Kit i got the Kit for IOIO (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11607).

I sent a mail to Support regarding this, but it has been over 2 days and i still havent got an answer...
Any help?

You don't contact support, you contact Customer Service. Support is only for technical issues with a product.

Email them again.. Keep in mind that they are busy too and Mondays are the worst for everyone..
