The quick reply button is missing in the "General Chit Chat" and Microview forums.

I just turned it on. It must have been overlooked when they created those forums.

Sweet! Thanks! It's not really a big deal since I'm on a Gb connection. But someone might find it useful since they don't have to reload the page..
