Will we be able to pick up orders tomorrow/monday (Sept. 5, 8 )? The notice re: the move says that customer service and tech support won't be available but it isn't clear that the front desk will be open to pick up local orders. Thanks!

Sorry for the delayed response. For this upcoming weekend, orders can be picked up at the old building until 4pm Thursday, then at the new building Tuesday at 10am. Nothing can move Friday or Monday.
