Hi everybody!
I am experiencing a strange problem with the Nokia 6100 color LCD:
I built a board same as SPfun's one (same components, when I ordered my LCDs it wasn't available...), the only difference is that my power circuitry is UNDER the LCD (bottom laver) whilst on the top I have only the LCD connector and the holes for connecting this board to my circuit.
the LCD board is connected to my main pcb by cables. I checked these connections hundreds of times and they're OK.

This circuit works good too, the lcd powers up, but the problem is that sometimes it works (display characters, graphics) and sometimes not (remains blue). The rest of the circuit is working all the times correctly.

The problem arised last time when, after refining the lcd source code, we tried to close the box where the main pcb and the lcd one have to be located. before this action we had almost 2 days of full working, without ANY interruption. Close the box and.. lcd dead! keeps blue!
Reopening the box I rechecked the connections and they're OK. But now the LCD is not working, again.

I changed LCDs (I have 4) and the behaviour is the same all the times.
Power is OK (both the 3.3V and the stepup voltage, 6.8V)

Do anybody have a tip about where the problem could be?

all the best, thanks since now,
