I'm looking a 5 pin connector thats shown in this picture (the black part):
Its dimensions are 1cm x 3mm

Well first of all, you're in the wrong category. But to answer your question, that's a standard .1" pitch female header like this one. Just cut to size. Or you can buy from digikey but the five pin one actually costs more then Sparkfun's 40 pin one so it's up to you.
