Customer support not respoding

Hello,
I have received LSM303DLH magneto/accelerometer, but it didn't work, so I send an email to customer support two days ago. They didn't reply to me (as of 24.2.2011), which looks suspicious, because my previous discussion with customer support (October 2010) was super fast. Was it lost somewhere on the way or does it just take so long to answer?
