Still having any issues here? I think we got most of them.
FYI guys - there are appx. 40 tutorials identified to have the same broken image problem. I've enlisted Tech Support to iterate over them and get them all fixed.

I'll hit a few of these.

Thanks - it's fixed

Nicer fails are being added all over the place. This will go away soon.
follower wrote: [*]There's no direct link to https://www.sparkfun.com/account/login available.
Why do you want a direct link to this, out of curiosity?
follower wrote: [*]Shopping cart accepts negative numbers for quantities but calculations treat them as positives. (Actually, the title on the shopping cart and the side bar treats it as a negative number--so I've got "-19 products" in my cart on the title and "-19 item" on the side bar.)
Could you please let me know how you did this? It's being checked in multiple ways. You shouldn't be able to get this all the way through checkout. If you feel like sending me a PM describing your process bypassing the different methods we've used, please do so.
follower wrote: [*]If you try to add to wish list after you've logged out in another tab there's no feedback for the attempted add failing.
This should be there eventually - another graceful error message thing.
follower wrote: [*]Shopping cart doesn't list unit prices.
Hmm... I see this:
$4.75 ($0.95 each)
You don't?
follower wrote: [*]Attempting to add 100000000000000 of an item only adds 2147483647 items. :)[/list]
The reason we don't check for overload is - if people want to order that many of any one item, LET THEM! :)

Thanks!

But, I'm very very wishlists where added!
Just committed a fix for this; it will go out shortly!

Yeah, both of these things are in the works.
Attempting to visit https://sparkfun.com/ redirects to http://www.sparkfun.com/index/index (note: no ssl and double "index").
There's no direct link to https://www.sparkfun.com/account/login available.
This is desired behavior, although we need to work out a slightly more elegant method of redirecting to implicit controller names. Primary login mechanism's in the sidebar now.
This URL generates an error: http://www.sparkfun.com/index/index/index/index but http://www.sparkfun.com/index/index/index doesn't. (lol @ "GET TO THA CHOPPAH" on the error page.)
Hrm.

Unfortunately, my workplace still forces be to use IE6, and in there the middle column in the new site drops below the others - it didn't do this before.

If it's too much work to fix, I can deal!

Hey, I'm so sorry your workplace forces IE6 on you... there are better browsers! :)

You should get a splash page when you load the site that informs you that with this release we are no longer supporting IE6. Google, Facebook and many others have dropped support for it and it just takes too many resources to hack into submission. We support IE7+, and most other modern browsers as well as Google Chrome Frame which is a good option if you are forced to use IE6.

Good luck!
Oh I know - I use Firefox and Chrome at home!

I'm not getting a splash at work, but that may be because I was already logged in. I will delete my cookies and test tomorrow.

Don't worry too much - my day job is a web developer, so I understand the pain of IE6!

I suppose we could up the column to a bigint and allow for up to 9,223,372,036,854,775,807 of a single item on an order. Even if that was one of our cheapest little LEDs we could all retire to solid gold moon fortresses following that order.

I'm more of a platinum guy, but I like the way you think.

As a side note, IT would love to have their own kegerator and a soft serve ice cream machine, so if somebody feels like donating the lowly sum of a couple of thousand dollars straight to us rather than ordering billions of LED's, this is acceptable as well.

Upload User Image:
I can't upload a jpeg image. Not sure if this is a new problem or not. The image has a .jpg extension, not .jpeg if that makes a difference.

RSS Feed via Google Reader has sent me the last 5 items 3 times now today, with the most recent being in the last hour. Not simply unread items, whole new copies of those items as being unread as if they were brand new items.
