I purchased the breakout board with cp2103. my gps module outputs rs232 -5v to 0v how can i connect this to the module. when i connect as described per board layout. in hyperterminal it shows data just not the correct data?

Hi,

The CP210x expects TTL level serial. You'll need to use a MAX232 circuit to convert your RS232 signals to TTL.
