Hi all... just curious if anyone knows what happened to the page for the following sparkfun part... I can't seem to find it anywhere.

SEN-00758 Triple Axis Accelerometer Breakout - LIS3LV02DQ

Old links that used to direct to the correct page now go here:

Anyone have any idea why this product has vanished? (I'm using one in my project!) Thanks!

The ADXL345 is what we chose to replace the LIS3LV02DQ, which we retired in January.

We have recently started keeping retired pages up and just labeling them as such, but this one is from before we were doing that.

Do you need info from the page? The documents listed are:

* LIS3LV02DQ Data Sheet
* LIS3LV02DQ Breakout Schematic
* Example SPI firmware
* Example Arduino interface

and I should be able to pull them back out of the pit.

I could definitely use the breakout schematic and probably the spi code ... thanks... I believe the part is capable if spi it i2c but can't recall if you hardwared it to one or the other... thanks

Also... just out of curiosity, why was it discontinued... was there any problem with it that I should know of? I believe it was more sensitive than any other 3-axis accel you have (1mg vs 3-4mg.... ) thanks!

Breakout Schematic:

SPI code (let me know if it doesn't download properly):

No problems that I know of, but I'll have someone from tech support get back to you if it is otherwise. Most replacements like this are because we find something better, both for functionality and price.
