Buzzer in my starter kit

In my arduino starter kit my buzzer is not the same buzzer as advertised on the website. The numbers on the buzzer are:cet12z3.6 17-4.2R 04 +10
Does this mean that the resistance of this buzzer is 17+/- 4.2? Do I need a resistor?

There isn't any difference, I believe that number denotes batches from the company that produces them
