Does this board have a system CLOCK on board? If so what's the frequency. I know the board has TCK and SCLK for the JTag and Configuration PROM, I'm curious to know whether there's a clock available for clocking the FPGA circuits that I design. Or whether I have to provide one myself. The datasheet does not mention anything, but I see U$12 on the schematic.

It's just a breakout board, it doesn't have a clock.

The combined breakout/development board does have a 50MHz oscillator hooked to pin 181 (GCLK7).

Thanks guys. I should have been more specific; the combined breakout/development was what I was interested in. So the mysterious U$12 device on the schematic is a 50Mhz clock.
