Is there a circuit for the Pi Desktop, I have bought several and one of them has developed a fault, won't power up reliably although the switching regulator does work when it does, the problem is somewhere back at the ON button feeding the micro

This sounds like a post for the Raspberry Pi Foundation's forums... also they have their schematics available online (as a pdf), but not all the parts are labeled with values.
