Hi All,

Is there a protocol for contributing to the SparkFun repos on GitHub?

I've added a couple of functions to the DeadOn DS3234 clock but don't know if my pull request has even been seen, or favourably received. i note another potential contributor offered to improve it via an issue logged over 2 years ago, to no response.

I love this little clock and hope to be able to increase its usefulness to others.

Is there a "right way" to do this? (There's no "CONTRIBUTING.md" to refer to for guidance)

Thanks in advance.

Greetings Greig. Thank you for posting on the forums.

We do not really have a best practices guide for issuing poll requests at this time. We will work on putting something together in the future to improve this process.

We have received your poll request and looked them over. They look fantastic and we appreciate the contribution!

Please let us know if we can do anything else and have a great evening!
