Happy Thanksgiving everybody.

I am currently using the ROB-14450 motor driver. The motor periodically stops under load...I still have to put my DMM in series with the power to look at the actual current draw. I believe that I am running at about 1A and the driver spec is 1.2A max for continuous and 3.2A max for a single pulse.

What will happen if the current exceeds 1.2A continuous? Is there any protection in the ROB-14450 circuit? Or will I just burn the thing out?

TIA,
