Help with troubleshooting the SparkFun Spectrum Shield?

Hi!

So I'm working on a project with the Spectrum Shield (MSGEQ7). After not using it for a few days though I am not getting any input at all from the board. I've done this so far:

Checked that the STROBE and RESET pins work

Checked that the A0 and A0 analog input pins work

Checked that the board is receiving power

Reset the board and used different code about a thousand times
