Hello,
I have an absolute magnetic encoder thats communicate through RS422:




I want to use a Teensy 3.2 to read the data from it.

Is it possible to use the RS485 board: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10124
If yes, can you please explain how to wire them both.
If no, which converter can i use for this ?

Yes, but since the encoder is bidirectional, you will need two RS485 boards.
