The documentation for the Battery Babysitter's Vin pins states that the voltage should be "within 4.35V and 6.4V", and that it does contain over-voltage protection. What I'm wondering about is under-voltage. At night, and certainly at times during the day, the solar panel produces less than 4.35V. Do I need to worry about doing damage to any of the components in my system if I hook the solar panel directly up to Vin (assuming I've got a diode in-line as well for good measure)?
