Hello everyone,

I write to ask a question about a component that I can not find. I am trying to reproduce the design of the RFID reader (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14066), but I can not find the ESD Diode array used in the design to assemble the pcbs.




Could someone tell me the link to buy just the same ESD Diode Array used in the PCB? In the serigraphy he puts B10 but I can not find anything with that.

According to the Eagle file (.brd) U3 is a SOT-23-6 packaged ESD Diode. if you google on that there are a large number that fit the description and pin-out.
