Not directly with the CCS811, but I have run into the issue of spontaneous reboot many times with the Arduino. Either the USB power was not enough and not able to handle the required current (and needed to add a separate power supply) and/or when after compiling a sketch it provides a warning about low RAM memory.

Hi Paulvha, thanks for the answer.
we have multiple boards using stm32 mcu, 2 out of 3 are working, and only one goes to boot mode(probably reboots as you said, but the mcu doesnt reboot, just the ccs811 goes to boot mode, because it usually boots up in boot mode until the application_mode command is sent). But yea we will check about the power of that chip if it is enough. Thanks again for the reply.
