Problem uploading programs to RedBot Main Board

Hi,
I am just trying to download the example code provided for the RedBot. Specifically I am working with the example "Exp1_BasicTest"
I have the board powered, the comport set, and all the files and libraries downloaded, and the board set to Arduino/Genuino Uno, but I get this error when I compile and upload:
GetFileAttributesEx C:\Users\j_sul\AppData\Local\Temp\arduino_cache_920199: The system cannot find the file specified.
Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
