ADXL362 giving zeros output

Hi, so I wired up an ADXL362 accelerometer to work with an arduino uno. I have the 3.3V output of the arduino connected to the V+ of the sensor, and SCL, CS, MISO, and MOSI going from the arduino pins 10, 11, 12, 13 through a voltage divider down to 3.3V and then into the sensor. See attached images of the circuit. The issue I am having is that the sensor is outputting only zeros for both acceleration and temperature when running the simpleread sketch. I'm not sure what the cause could be, so any advice is appreciated!

Sensor output:
X=0. Y=0. Z=0. TEMP=0
X=0. Y=0. Z=0. TEMP=0
X=0. Y=0. Z=0. TEMP=0
X=0. Y=0. Z=0. TEMP=0
