I'm adding an SPI SD card module to my gizmo. It'd be great if I could use the ICSP header (and one GPIO for CS) to plug it in, as my project is already using the GPIO SPI pins (10 - 13) for non-SPI purposes (HC-SR04 sonar distance sensor and servo PWM drivers). Aren't these pins connected, though? The schematic implies that they are. Can anyone confirm? It would mean moving my stuff off of these GPIO to others.

They ARE connected.

I will move the sonar and servo gadgets from GPIO 10-13 to other pins.
