Weather Shield humidity sensor readings

Hi All,
I recently put together a Sparkfun Red Board and Weather Shield stack and have found the humidity sensor,Si7021, output to be reading about 10% RH lower indoors than my two Davis Vantage Vue Console indoor RH readings. The two temperature sensors on the Weather Shield also appear to read about 5 to 10 percent higher than the Davis Vantage Vue Console indoor temperature readings.
Do I have a defective Weather Shield board or have other Weather Shield users experienced similar lower RH readings compared to known good RH sources?
