Hi,
I've killed a lipo with the Solar bunny - drained too low, my fault.
Question is: can I use a Sparkfun Lipo Guage (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10617) with a Solar Bunny MPPT (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12885) to monitor the battery level (with Pi Zero) and shutdown when the power is getting low? (i.e. Load <--> MPPT <--> Guage <--> Lipo)
Any other easy low-voltage cut off options / ideas would be appreciated. I've searched around the problem and have a working circuit for detecting the Lipo cell voltage using an Arduino Mini - but getting the mini to talk to the Pi is a pain and its all more power usage. Ideally I could do with monitoring the Lipo regularly so I can gradually turn stuff off.
Cheers!
Chris
