SAMD21 with Standard Firmata

Can I use Standard Firmata for the Arduino Uno on the SAMD21 board?
If not, what problems should I expect when trying to use sketches for the Uno on the SAMD21, or when trying to use programs like Snap4Arduino or Scratch that would work with an Arduino Uno?
