IOIO Board not working

Hello anyone,
I discovered my IOIO board is not working. I have DC power to the board yet no I/O.
No Red power LED and no Yellow Status LED either. I suspect a bad DC regulator.
My questions are:
1. Does anyone know where can I purchase one TODAY and get it shipped overnight as I am leaving on Sunday and really need it to work?
2. Can I replace the DC regulator on the PCB after I return? If so, what is the P/N?
SMD soldering is not a problem.
